We have 14 days return policy on throw blankets and rugs in stock with the condition of making sure that the product is undamaged, unwashed and is re-sellable. If you exceed this timing, the return cannot be accepted.
Made to order hand-woven rug returns are not accepted. Since the products are custom made, you can check the information carefully before placing your order and contact us if you wish info@figure.ist
