Kargo & İade

Tüm Yurtiçi siparişlerinizde kargo ücretsizdir. Yurtdışı siparişleri için kargo ücretleri ayrıca hesaplanacaktır.

Yurtiçi siparişinizin ödemesi onaylandıktan sonra teslimat seçilen ürün bilgisinde belirtildiği süre içerisinde yapılabilmektedir.

Verilen tahmini teslimat süreleri sadece iş günleri düşünülerek verilmiştir. Haftasonları, resmi tatil günleri ve gümrükten çekilme işlemleri dahil edilmemiştir.

El dokuması kilimlerde Yurtiçi ve Yurtdışına yapılan gönderilerde maalesef iade kabul edilmemektedir. Ürünler kişiye özel üretildiği için siparişinizi oluşturmadan önce bilgileri dikkatlice kontrol edip dilerseniz bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

Satın alacağınız ürün kargoya verildikten sonra size takip numarası bildirilecektir. Bu şekilde gönderinizin durumunu her an takip edebilirsiniz. Siparişlerinizin gönderileriyle ilgili tüm sorularınız için bize info@figure.ist adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz. 

İade veya değişim istenen ürün ya da ürünlerin (çok amaçlı battaniye ve stoklu kilimler) kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış, ambalajı hasar görmemiş ve tekrar satılabilme özelliğini kaybetmemiş olması gerekmektedir. Söz konusu ürün ya da ürünlerin faturası, orijinal kutusu ve ambalajı, gönderilen tüm aksesuarları ile birlikte iade edilmesi gerekmektedir.
İade süresi dolmuş, kullanılmış, yıkanmış, paketi hasar görmüş, tekrar satılabilirlik özelliğini kaybetmiş, tüm aksesuarları ve orijinal kutusu ile gönderilmeyen iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir ve bu ürünün veya ürünlerin kargo masrafları size ait olmak üzere geri gönderilecektir. İade koşullarımız 4077 nolu ‘Tüketicinin Korunmasına İlişkin Kanun ve Uygulama Yöntemleri’ kapsamında değişiklik gösterebilmektedir. 

Satın aldığınız ve tarafınıza ulaşan ürüne herhangi bir nedenden dolayı, iade işlemi yapılacak ise, iade nedenini elektronik posta ile bize bildirip onay aldıktan sonra ilgili Kargo şubesine tarafımızca size ulaştırılan Sevkiyat Kodu ile teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir.

Ürünleri iade etmek için fatura bilgileri ile beraber Yurtiçi Kargo (444 99 99) aracılığıyla, 659425815 firma kodumuzu belirterek gönderebilirsiniz. İadenizin kargo masrafı firmamız tarafından karşılanacaktır.

Ürün tarafımıza ulaşınca, talebiniz doğrultusunda işlemler ilerleyecektir. 

Onay alınmadan yapılan iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir.

Lütfen başka bir kargo şirketiyle iade gerçekleştirmeyin. Bu durumda kargo ücretinden sorumlu olacaksınız. Eğer ürün alıcı ödemeli olarak gönderilirse, ilgili ücret iade ücretinden kesilecektir.

İade etmek veya değiştirmek istediğiniz, yeniden satılabilirlik özelliği taşıyan ürünün iade süresi, teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 iş günüdür, değişim süresi ise 30 gündür. İlgili sürenin aşılması durumunda, iade veya değişim işlemi gerçekleştirilememektedir. İade kargonuz bize ulaştığında size e-posta ile bilgi verilecek ve iade işlemleriniz hemen başlatılacaktır.

Ürün bedelinin ödemesi, ürünün iade koşullarına uygunluğu saptandıktan sonra gerçekleştirilir ve en geç 10 gün içerisinde kredi kartınıza yansıtılır. Bu süre tamamen bankanıza bağlıdır ve Figure.ist’in bankanıza müdahale etme hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Taksitli ödeme seçeneği ile ödediyseniz, iadeniz de banka prosedürleri gereği taksitli olarak yapılacaktır.

Shipping & Returns Policy

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated separately.

Once the payment for your domestic order is confirmed, delivery will be made within the timeframe specified in the product details.

Estimated delivery times are provided based on business days only. Weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance procedures are not included. Please note that returns are unfortunately not accepted for hand-woven rugs shipped domestically or internationally, as these products are made to order. Since each piece is custom-produced, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order details before placing your order, and feel free to contact us if needed.

After your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time. For any questions regarding the shipment of your orders, please contact us at info@figure.ist

Products requested for return or exchange (multi-purpose throws and in-stock rugs) must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and still suitable for resale. They must be returned with the invoice, original packaging, all accessories, and labels intact.

Returns that are overdue, used, washed, damaged, missing original packaging, or not resalable will not be accepted. Such items will be returned to you at your own shipping cost. Our return policy may vary in line with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and its Implementation.

If you wish to return a product you purchased for any reason, you must notify us of the reason by email and obtain approval before handing it over to the relevant Yurtiçi Kargo branch with the Shipping Code provided to you.

To return products, please send them via Yurtiçi Kargo (444 99 99), specifying our company code 659425815, together with the invoice details. Return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Once the product reaches us, the process will continue according to your request.

Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please do not use any other courier company for returns. If you do, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the parcel is sent as “cash on delivery,” the relevant cost will be deducted from your refund.

For products eligible for return or exchange, the return period is 14 business days from the date of delivery, and the exchange period is 30 days. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after these periods. Once your return package reaches us, you will be informed by email, and your refund process will begin immediately.

The refund will be issued once the product’s compliance with return conditions has been confirmed and will be reflected on your credit card within 10 days at the latest. This period depends entirely on your bank, and Figure.ist has no right to intervene with the bank’s procedures. If you paid in installments, your refund will also be made in installments in accordance with your bank’s policy.
